- Contract law
- Defence of lawyers
Bar qualification
- Nantes
Stéphanie Resche has been practising as a lawyer for over twelve years, first at the Paris Bar and then, since 2019, at the Nantes Bar.
Stéphanie began her career as a telecommunications lawyer, before joining David Reingewirtz at Atticus Avocats and then Kadran Avocats.
Since then, she has handled a wide range of litigation cases (unfair competition, unfair termination of established commercial relationships, debt recovery, litigation between lawyers, commercial contract litigation, etc.), and is happy to train the firm’s associates and interns.
Stéphanie also completed her training by learning about Legal Design, with the aim of rethinking her practice in depth so as to offer her clients a clearer, more operational approach to the issues they face.
She has also incorporated this teaching into the drafting of key contracts for the companies she advises, to make them easier to read, negotiate and sign.
Finally, Stéphanie defends some of her colleagues with rigour and passion, particularly in disputes with their partners before the Bar Association.
Stéphanie became a partner at Brandeis in 2024.
