Trade associations

Trade associations and their members face numerous antitrust questions which require specific expertise. bureau Brandeis Paris assists trade associations in two ways.

In terms of public antitrust enforcement, we assist them before the antitrust authorities and help them conform with antitrust rules. Our lawyers have specific expertise in, inter alia, designing and implementing compliance programs, conducting mock dawn raids, and leading antitrust audits.

In terms of private antitrust enforcement, we offer very innovative services to trade associations to ensure their members obtain redress in cases where they have been harmed by an antitrust infringement.

We also work with these associations and trade unions to help them comply with French and European antitrust law.
